Furthermore, this indicator encourages the development of relevant skills and education to meet the needs of the changing labor market. By creating an inclusive work environment and supporting innovation, it is hoped that it will encourage sustainable economic growth and reduce social inequality, resulting in a more prosperous and quality life.
